This 1982 Newport 33 was purchased by the current owner as a live-aboard and has cruised from the south end of Puget Sound to the north end of the Gulf Islands and Howe Sound. It comes with an extensive sail inventory for racing and is well maintained. Adorned with a brilliant red hull and black canvas, bottom and mast; Chindi is a real eye catcher while the traditional teak woodwork keeps the classic interior layout to enjoy. The Dodger, Bimini with connector and full enclosure is a wonderful upgrade and the 25 hp Universal engine has always been reliable and maintained. All cushions have been upgraded and are in excellent shape. Furuno radar on custom stand. New bottom paint (Pettit Trinidad) and new Raymarine depth and speed instruments in 2019. New fuel tank and lifelines in 2020! Pedestal Steering with leather on wheel, Martec folding prop, and Simrad Tiller Master. U.S. Coast Guard documented vessel.
